Tent DB Policy

Privacy Policy

Tent DB complies with applicable privacy laws and collects only what is necessary to operate and improve the service.

1. Data We Collect & Purpose

Service use: access logs, browser/OS info, partially anonymized IP (security and error analysis).
Analytics (optional): Google Analytics 4 events/cookies to understand traffic; no directly identifiable information is sent.
Contact/Partnership requests: email, name/company, message you provide.

2. Retention & Deletion

Access logs: kept up to 6 months for security and error analysis, then deleted.
Contact/partnership info: kept up to 1 year after resolution, then deleted.
If law requires longer/shorter periods, we follow that rule.

3. Third Parties & Processing

We use Google Analytics 4 for anonymous analytics only; no personal identifiers are sold or shared.
Service infrastructure may be hosted on trusted cloud providers.
We do not sell or provide personally identifiable data to third parties without a legal basis or consent.

4. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction after verifying your identity.
To withdraw consent or ask questions: contact@tentdb.kr.

5. Protection Measures

Transport encryption (HTTPS) and least-privilege access control.
Unnecessary logs/data are destroyed after the minimum retention period.

6. Cookie/Local Storage Policy

Purpose: essential operation, preference storage (optional), analytics (optional).
Items: tentdb_preferences (preference consent), tentdb_analytics (analytics consent), GA default cookies (e.g., _ga, only when allowed).
Retention: tentdb_* local storage persists until you delete it; GA cookies follow Google defaults (about 13–14 months).
Manage: use the banner “Settings” / “Accept” / “Reject”, or clear cookies/site data in your browser.

7. Changes

We may update this policy for legal or service reasons and will announce material changes before they take effect.
